Working with apoxie = huge mess. :| here's our wolf base with apoxie lips+eyelids, blue leds, hand painted/airbrushed jawset, and hand painted resin eyes.
stuff to do next:
-glue on mesh for tearducts
-add straps
-add padding
-sculpt tongue and make a mold
-install tongue
-seal lips
-duct tape pattern

Our technique is pretty similar to Monoyasha's--http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5dlrFRQGaI&feature=share&list=UUbffkBuYqvplWZ9Ct0RI2BQ
We basically start out with a thin "log" of Apoxie for the upper eyelid and another for the lower eyelid, if that makes any sense? Then we adjust it to whatever expression we want and fill the rest of the eyelid out with Apoxie.
