Scraps-bound doodle of Krypto the Superdog in love. Started off as a casual ball-point-pen doodle while playing a board game that required pen and paper, but I thought it was kinda cute, so I colored it :).
You can either interpret it that he's found his true love, or that a supervillain with cupid powers has put him under his or her spell ;).

Was there such a villain in the DC universe that could be furry-ized, a la Captain Carrot and the Zoo Crew? Star Sapphire? Or is this an anthro version of Krypto in the regular DC (or rather Krypto the Superdog DC) universe? They had an anthro analog of Poison Ivy/Floronic Man in Dogwood, after all. In the comics they even had Zod's dogs as analogs of Zod, Ursa and Non.
Either way, looks like Bark Kent / Kenn-El (I know you came up with the former but the latter is mine! No stealing! ) there is smitten. Please tell me he just wears Superman's red briefs and boots and maybe the leggings in addition to the collar and cape.

Kenn-El - brilliant! :)
I always imagine him wearing light blue jeans down there like in my pics (or nothing ;) ) but you can imagine whatever you like :).
I remember Marcia, Queen of Diamonds had a cupid arrow weapon in an episode of the old Batman TV show. But it could be anybody :).
As far as romance goes, I might perhaps do a non-muscle anthro of that female dog who saved him when he had amnesia in the cartoon (I think her name was Rosie?) as a possible love interest. And I'm planning to put Supercat together with my She-Superdog :).
But as far as hotness, I do like the idea of villain or villainess seducton ;).
I'm planning a couple of seduction-powered ligeress villainess, and I picture her draped in kryptontie jewelery to ensnare Krypto at some point. (Though not using a cupid arrow).

Thanks! I thought "Clark Kennel" would be a good gag-name for his secret identity, but then I remembered . . . wait, his Kryptonian name also starts with a 'K' and ends with an 'El!' I had considered that his father would be "Jow-El" or "Dru-El," but then I remembered that General Zod's full name is "Dru-Zod." Can't have the Jor-El equivalent with the same name as his non-furry nemesis, so, It'll have to be something else, and the General shall become "Drul-Zod." Some of the Zoo Crew ones and others I saw were brilliant, and others were real groaners. Though Dog City, also pun-thick, had a nice tribute with comics artist "Bob Kanine."
Heh-heh, will do.
Never saw that one, but might check it out. I tend to hate amnesia episodes (too 80s soapy), but I guess manipulating an amnsesiac counts as MC, right? Love interests . . . Lois Dane and Lana Lab? She-Superdog I guess is the only name you could choose, there, since "Superbitch" or "Powerbitch" are both rather offensive (and possibly taken). Until I looked up more on Streaky, I didn't know he was originally immune to Kryptonite. Man, looking at the history of the different superpets was like staring into the mind of a self-medicating psychotic. I don't think there were enough drugs even in those decades to explain the Silver Age.
Yep. ;)
Well, Supes was vulnerable to magic and power ring energy (just green, or other Corps', too?). I don't think green or red kryptonite is required, like it was for Poison Ivy to add it to her MC/seduction formula for use on him. Can't remember what Sleaze used to force him and Wonder Woman to make a porno and I know Maxwell Lord also controlled him somehow.
