I need help deciding which one of these is better, A or B.
A. I did simple color blending, differing with shades
B. Blended colors with the Watercolor tool.
Im trying to think which of the two is better so i can practice on one style instead of the other for awhile.
So which one, A (left) or B (right)?

Damn, I'm kinda on the fence with this. A looks like it'd be much easier to do if you're on a time crunch or just doing a relatively cheap piece, while B looks like it'd take more time to do, but looks much smoother and softer (which I, personally, like).
Considering that, I'd probably say go with B.

I would say B. since it gives a more smooth look to the picture, very good at showing subtle curves and such. plus i could be wrong here but i believe A. is typically how you add a lot of great detail in your art already so by doing B for a while it will help you learn different skills and techniques.
At first glance, I love them both. But, of course, that isn't helpful.
A is gorgeous, especially in the hair, but after analyzing it I think it leads the overall coloring to look a bit too "busy" after a while. Wonderful at a first glance, and it adds tremendous depth to the lighting in the hair, but when it also applies to the muzzle, the ears, the torso and te clothing as well...it becomes a little bit too much.
B, in comparison, has the same underlying lighting elements of A but the blend makes it a great deal more smooth. While you lose the absolute clarity of, say, A, the lighting looks more well-rounded throughout and still retains its uniqueness.
So, in the end, I say B!

I do like A as the colour contrast is more apparent and helps the picture to pop, though the hard shading does overwhelm your line art a little bit, as they rely on hard edges to be defined. I believe the softness of B better suits and flaunts your lightly-rough line art style, as long as you maintain good colour contrast. Having things too blended and soft will diminish the impact of having shaded it at all, so introducing a few, strategically-placed harder edges where texture deems it necessary will go a long way. (Like the little highlight streak of grey you left in the segment of hair next to the muzzle on B. You don't need to go nuts with it, but a couple controlled streaks of highlight or shadow would help notify the hair as a different length and texture from the short fur of the body.)
Honestly I love both
I have a personal taste for A
but I think over time B will be more beneficial to your art overall
I think the issue with A is there are going to be times where you are
going to be pigeon hold into using a style that doesn't fit a style, I think
A is more meant for overall toony and action like doodles, while B can range from
a farther spectrum in the late game. My heart says A but my brain tells me B

i don;t know, i think A has the sharp colors making it have a good contrast, like it looks really coolbecause you have an easy time seeing what's light and dark.
but B has a softshading making it look more soft or tender f you may. i think it just depends more on what you want.
