Well this idea remind me more from Tim Burton's film "The Batman return".

"The police was taking a witness to the witness protection program. But a professional hitman hacked in a police car's computer system and hijack it with a remote-controlled spider. Gained control of the Police car, Hitman plan to kill a witness with it using it in a destructive joyride through city's streets. Rio accidentally find herself middle action, when Police car almost hit her. She jump on Police car's roof and try to stop it. A Hitman saw her on his a Police car's camera monitors and try shake her off by hitting at a civilian vehicles. Rio manage getting inside. But was unable to control car's driving. Can Rio stop this madman's joyride and save a witness?"
