both Lorna and Ian put it on so they can track him as both he and Jack were arrested by them
for tresspassing (they kind of trash the place Ammy tries to stop them while fighting then get posioned by purple night shadow questing beasts that bit them from the sand they are dimtri's pets and most dangerous breed of questing beast) on a star train station that their boss and the mayor Sovereign- Leodis *has
abilty using a memory tome to collect lost history buildings and took him months to build this new star train station thats steam punk and travels on star rails*
