It's Tech...
I'm seriously considering returning him to his more emo look because I feel that he was my only well depthed emo character but while he's still emo acting, he doesn't have the same look anymore...I might change him back or just adjust his outfit fittingly. Also thinking about making the tiara smaller and more of a minor accessory...
THAT ASIDE...I saw someone smoking and a friend took a picture of it. I decided it was pretty cool and borrowed their camera to use the picture as a reference. I did a little bit of pose editing. XD This happens to remind me of the creepy piece I did not to long ago but it's different...
