I had a dream where I was this critter! It was super fun, and I remember every sensory detail. I liked the experience so much, I had to draw her too! In the dream, my boyfriend was one too, but a little bigger and coloured like a peregrin falcon (with my own hawk based body and face).
I made an attempt at skeletal structure (basic masses, no detail). I figured an animal with both wings and arms like a gryphon might have the normal wing structure, but two shoulder blades, linked together at a very flexible joint. They don't move entirely seperatly from one another, but enough to get a lot of flexibility to the little arms (not as much as humans), and normal flight function for the wings. I didn't even touch musculature. ><; Just a fantasy with an attempt at imagining how it might work.

the bones look like they might work. as for the connected wings and arms, why does nobody show an anthro griffon with the wings folded up? they always stretch them out, this must cost lots of energy.
A little gryphon like that would make an awesome pet!
still so cute...wish I was one too *flits away* yay midget gryphon things
