Here's your typical subterranean cave under Kunark, probably under Kern's Tower somewhere near the Field of Bone. It's been a long adventure, searching for relics and treasure protected by skeletons of his ancestors, creepy Iksar bones with their crested skulls and long, strong tailbones intact. Their evil cackles echoing in the chamber.
The rival soft-skins that tried to strong-arm their way past the party didn't fare well, thinking they could just press on ahead, taking advantage of clearing one set of skeleton protectors did not prepare them for the pitfall trap that awaited them beyond, nor the humanoid, badger-like Burynai with their long claws that quickly shredded whomever wasn't already pulverized at the bottom…
At the end, Unk was victorious, and his Iksar brethren were proud of his ability to fend off as many as 4 "mobs" as they called their enemies at once, because of his speed and size of his body. In proud fashion, he displayed his body as he praised Cazic-Thule for all the strength he'd been given and for blessing his race with the superior size and intelligence to succeed so well in this challenging land.
Then he had seconds on the roast Burynai.

Yes, EverQuest II now has BeastLord class. They should summon a Scaled Wolf (as an Iksar). And their armor be mostly leather armor. And is Free-to-Play up to a certain level. Whether you get access to all races, classes, etc., etc. I don't rightly know. It's been a long time since I last played - and I had to pay $15/mo when I did.
The barbs are in an erogenous zone, so yes do help stimulate and tease along during the long delivery. But really it's the recharging, regeneration going on in the testes themselves that make a male feel amazing. There's a testosterone rush, some gets added into the seed, some the bloodstream. It pumps the muscles, strengthens the pulmonary system, tightens and strengthens the loins and penis, increases sperm production, plumps some of the major muscles, increases aggression, claws and harsh features have been known to grow out during the act!
Some of this is not how testosterone affects humans. This is Iksar hormone we're talking about, and it's more like dinosaur or regressive strength DNA injection. A little is good; a lot is seriously dangerous.
