Can I even get it all into words?! Well let me try-

Thematically- that size difference is hot, and perfectly balanced (it wouldn't be nearly so hot if the otter was any smaller than that). Both characters are gorgeous and handsome/cute. Who doesn't find the idea of feeding your mate hot?! Pecs. Giant floofy tail. The panda's hand is in a position of gentle control whilst being tender with his mate- hot.

Technically- love the way your draw faces. The inclusion of that one wee tooth in the panda's mouth means the world in terms of this drawing. The tail frames the picture very nicely. Very good muscular anatomy. Your art always has this sense of fun about it, no matter the situation- it's non-convoluted, but always very clear.
