Half a year tomorrow, and I still can't believe you exist. You are the kindest most patient woman I have ever known, and thank you for supporting me, for loving me, and helping me to accept that everything I knew was untrue. Thank you for believing in me, and pushing me to believe in myself, for being patient with me, and with my strange tendency to do everything or feel guilty about having you do it. :P

So we're getting married this year. I ordered our wedding rings last night, and we put down the deposit for the venue a few weeks ago.
I love you a staggering amount, and count myself lucky that I get to spend my days and nights beside you.

I've been in love with you for a disgustingly, impossibly long time. You make my heart light, you make my fears small, and you make me laugh until my face hurts. I would crush anything that tried to hurt you, and together we are stronger than I could be by myself. Thank you for supporting me and my dreams, talking me down when I doubt myself and want to burn everything down. I love you, and while it sounds hollow, I assure you the feeling behind it gives it immeasurable weight.

My heart is a brocade by now, and every time you make me laugh ties another knot in a growing and beautiful pattern. Every time you bring me flowers or candy, or just poke your head into my office to check up on me, another series of knots. We are so lucky, and I love you so much.
