Medicine bags are usually filled with items that hold special resonance to the individual carrying them. Often times these are artifacts of life that hold special significance to the bearer such as a lucky coin, mixture of seeds, a feather, a birthstone, a poem or meaningful phrase written on a scrap of paper, a lock of hair from a special someone, or other items that speak to your heart or memory. Take the time to think about each item you'd put into your medicine bag, reflect on what it means to you and pull those items out when need them most.
