well i dont think it was the central banks greed atm but the exagerate loans that created a lack of monetary mass in the market... well you know that ECB despite having a director he can not make all the decisions in some case he need the consent of the council of governours of euroland central banks... well dollar is a more vulnerable currency due to its own sucess... and well as far it sounds interesting to say that i could go to 5th avenue and buy more with the same nominal amount of the currency a fragilized dollar and a supereuro is not good for euroland economy... burdens the exportations...
