Out of curiousity is it possible to make the wings bigger (at additional cost of course) and do they just attach to a shirt/ sweater or something?

I'm working on a design for wings that are much larger, about the same span as your arms when they're fully extended. Even with cheap fabric for mock-ups, designing something new is pretty expensive and it takes a long time. I'm also working on integrating programmable LEDs into the wings and tails.

To answer your other question, the wings have loops of elastic on them, and you just wear them like a backpack.

I'll put up pictures and update my commission info with any new designs I have, so hopefully in the future I can make something for you :)
