Here the falttering process of the edges done by had filing.
I have modern tools, like a industriel 400V beltgrinder, polishing maschine e.t.c
But to do it by hand is more accurate and gives the blade a soul.
Just for filing the edges, it took 5 houres.
Spathablade forged from 56Si7 55X780X5mm plus tang.
