But now that you mention it, you're right. The colds aren't too cold, and the warms aren't too warm. Hmm... it's a combination I would do well to draw on in the future =w=

My own experimentations seem a bit less well... well thought out. I like blue hair, and Gevevieve has my green/blue eyes. It's been a while, trying to work out the right colors for her fur, when I first started drawing I had little idea just how many variations of orange there are, and how much of an effect it has on a piece.
I've come to understand a little more about complimenting colors, and what warm and light colors do for a picture. I'd like to think I've developed at least a base appreciation for the visual language of art X3
But it's been a long road, and there's still a long way left to go~

Cheers! I need to make sure that I give myself practice with different poses, foreshortening, and all that. But I'm becoming more pleased with my work on the whole, and though I still have a long way to go, I'm happy that I'm able to illustrate scenes like this to some degree XD
