Well, we can say that this is most probably her true form. Even thought she can be seen doing many things this is her most important duty. As Time Keeper she needs to find and fix time errors and distortions of time and space veil.

In this form she wears long dress and hides her tail. This outfit is sign of her royalty. As a heir of Horaria - Queen and Headmaster of Time Council this points to her status.

Lively and energetic but a little careless. She has nearly no idea about normal human things like eating or so (she doesn't need to eat or drink). In normal circumstances she is immortal. There are only 3 known methods to kill a Time Keeper:
- to destroy their weapon (and believe me, this is quite an achievement!)
- to convert them by showing them fear and death
- separating them alone which will cause them to fall into despair
