prime numbers are the only ones i really can understand
just because i played the number munchers prime game until i could just pick them out on site up to a certain point

Actually, one isn't a prime number. Prime numbers have two factors; one just has itself.

OK OK :P Originally one was prime of course, but for most purposes it's best to say it's not (the main advantage being that we get unique factorization that way). But in my number theory class we also constantly ruled out two, and talked about "all odd primes"; so I can imagine two being plutoed the same way one has been.
