One of my favorites, despite the eh... feet. Heh.
The title is based on the story entitled And The Winner Is, which is one of my favorite stories of all time. Considering how much I read, that's impressive. <3
Anyway, this is Charlie. She's fun, a random character I came up with... the green is tattoo, which actually was quite time-consuming, but fun, to do.
