So yeah I'm going to say this now I hate my other Star Fox story. But this does contain aspects, plot, characters, ect. from the other one so I'm not breaking my vow to never give up on a story. Who knows I might even continue that other story idk. And please remember this the prologue your not going to understand everything so don't complain.
But yeah disclaimer: Star Fox characters, places, concepts are owned by Nintendo don't sue yada yada yada.
I guess the undescribed filler character is owned by me. But he is just a minor no name character so I really don't care.
Now on to the story!
The sun hangs low in the sky trying hard to give off every bit of light it can before it falls beneath the horizon. A lone Fox in a grey hoodie walks down the streets of Corneria City. Shadows from the massive skyscrapers cast shadows on his path as he continued to walk. His pace is slow as he is in no hurry to deal with what he is about to do. He reached the edge of the street and looks out across the only visible aspect of his face is the tip of his muzzle, where light brown and white fur could be seen peeking out from his shadowed face. Across the street was his destination, the park. The sound of a door opening caught his attention. Upon looking in the direction of the sound he saw a male Robin locking the floral shop. His lips parting a bit in surprise as he spots a particular flower through the window. He quickly runs up the man sounding quite desperate.
“Sorry sir the store is closed.”
“Please! It would mean a lot to me if just let me make a quick purchase.” The fox said pleading.
“I’m sor...” But the bird stops mid sentence, his eyes wide in surprise. “wait aren't you...” But the fox cuts him off.
“Yes I am, now please just let me buy a flower quick.” Begging again.
“Of course, anything for you.” The robin quickly unlocked the door and led the fox inside.
The fox wasted no time picking out the flower. A small blue flower with a yellow and white center. Taking it over to the counter he pays for it.
“The Forget-me-not, I suppose this is for your girlfriend.” The robbin teasing the fox.
“...No.” The fox says slowly. “I just need something to leave.”
“Oh...I’m sorry.” He said realizing what it was for. “ I didn’t realize that...” But again the Fox cut him off.
“It’s fine.” He said and left.
The fox crossed the street into the park. He made his way to its center were a large tree stood, stretching its branches wide, allowing anyone to be able lie in the shade any time of day. The fox laid the flower at the base of the tree.
“It’s almost seemed like yesterday that I met you.” He said to no one there.
He stared at the flower and listened as two more individuals joined him under the tree. The fox just stood there, as the newcomers waited behind him, thinking about that all that had happened in the last few months. “almost seemed like it was yesterday...” He said his voice trailing off.
