My apologies to Mr. Rod Stewart and Mr. Ronnie Wood. I just couldn't resist...

I got the idea for this after watching many of Rod Stewart's performances with the Faces(1969-1975), where Rod's swinging the microphone stand around, and thought, "somebody in the band MUST'VE gotten hit at SOME point..." if not, that's REALLY a lucky break!

I chose Ronnie Wood as the one getting hit 'cos, well, he was always playing pretty close to Rod in performances, and I wanted to make Ronnie [Wood] the focal point of SOME of my comics....for equal rights!

Ronnie took a line from one of Rod's later song titles. in the last panel...
