My mini daschund, Heshie, was put to sleep over a year ago. She was very sick and wasnt getting any better.
I miss her dearly. She was my 'baby'.
I didn't know that my folks had put her down til I had gotten home on day and her bed and her food/water bowls were neatly stacked in the washroom. I never got to say good-bye to her. I was hurt. They prolly thought if they had said something about it, I wouldn't had agreed to it...which I would had because she was suffering and wasnt walking anymore from all the pain she was in.
She was a dear friend, and were very close. There will be other dogs, but none that will replace her.
