Younger sister to Meifang she is the second very very scary sexy evil girl… trust me you don’t wanna be around her at all… she’s much worse than her older sister… ._.;;;;

History – The younger sister between the 2 pandas. She’s cunning, brilliant, calm and collective. However she loves the smell of Death and Blood… she is a weapons master and loves it when blood flies from the damage her weapons do. She’s loves to torture he victims to death… unlike her sister who practically is a horn dog in her spare time… loves to listen to music… mostly classical.

Like her older sister they both where captured at a very young age when Titan Wave was beginning. Kurtis Bot Masters the man behind Titan Wave was responsible for their capture Being Kurtis’ first experiments with DNA Robotnik’s older designs of Robotizing he infused the sisters with other animal DNA to become the most powerful of Mobians. However during the Robotizing and DNA infusing process they became not Robotized pandas but more like Androids. They kept their soft and furry outsides but inside they are almost all machine.

From there they both where subjected to horrible psychotic means of torture and pleasure which is why Xuiying dresses the way she does she never wants to be touched or felt the way she did ever again. The only time she ever undresses if she is alone. She hates being around anyone and hates it when her sister talks about her “Fun Times” and keeps to herself a lot but only opens up around her sister. (However she does dream of one a certain orange Hedgehog…) She is a masterful tactician like Kurtis is. She will plot and scheme until there is nothing left to plot (She is a master at computers but not robotics.) and in a military style, performs her tasks to the T. She is more a weapons style master rather than hand to hand combat. She always has some kind of weapon on her person at all times.

She like her older sister are the 2nd in command of Titan Wave. And always are trying to find and cause any kind of trouble for the Green Buster Agency and Tucuya as well. They will not rest until Kurtis has control of the entire world… or at least what they think…

Personality – Always has a mean look on her face. When enjoying she gives an evil smirk that gives nightmares. Cold, Cunning, calm and collective. Keeps to herself. Enjoys time with her sister. Very intelligent, computer savvy.

Likes – Classical Music, death and the smell of blood, weapons of all kinds except for guns. Japanese like items. Calm and lone areas, being with her sister, being an internet lurker and computer expert.

Dislikes – Sex or perverted stuff. (I know it sucks but had to make a girl who isn’t crazy about it.) undressing infront of anyone. Being in large crowds, being touched in anyway, being without a weapon.

Strengths:

Character’s special Abilities – Each character has Abilities that are in Levels like RPGs or just a special ability only. 1 being the lowest and 3 is the highest. (Can be higher but only with information how it happened.) And no these can’t be upgraded unless something happens to that character (Tails Inventions, Emeralds, ect…)

Super Speed (Lv.4 special) – Because of her Robotized muscles she can keep up with Sonic however she becomes very tired if she is pushed to far.

Super Endurance (Lv.2) – Because of her Robotized muscle she can last quite a while before stopping.

Faster Healing – She can heal faster naturally because of the DNA infusion.

Weapons User – Has an amazing array of different weapons to use and is a master with each one.

Street Fighter Abilities – Can use a few Street Fighter Special and Super Combo moves from a few characters as long as they are not chi related.

Fighting Style – Nothing but weapon attacks, knows just a few hand to hand moves.

Weaknesses –

Xuiying will take an additional 25% damage against a strong fighter’s attacks without her weapons.

If Xuiying over uses her speed she will become very tired.

Xuiying will go berserk if she is touched at all and everyone around her is in danger…

Xuiying will take an additional 5% damage from any elemental attack.

Xuiying Can’t perform Chi abilities

Xuiying can’t use any Emerald powers. She can’t use the Chaos Death Combo.

Character’s Special Moves or Attacks –
Because of her Robotized muscle she can not use Chi attacks otherwise risk melting from the inside out

Character’s Emerald Abilities –
She can not use the Chaos or Sol Emeralds.

She can glow a different color depending on what Chaos Emerald she is holding but gives no enhanced abilities or skills

Depending on the color her fur glows to that color.

The Double Triple Split – (Needs her sister to do this move.) She and her sister grabs their enemy on both sides and kicks both their knees out breaking them. Kicks them in the ribs braking most of their ribs and finally lets go and Xuiying trips the enemy while Meifang roundhouse kicks their head into the ground and Xuiying jumps up and lands on the enemy’s head crushing it.

Xuiying needs her sister to do more complex combo attacks but the funny thing is she’s strongest when she’s closer to her sister and weaker when she’s farther away from her.
