Commission for IgnorantDoodles - Out on Route 66
This commission was for IgnorantDoodles at deviantart.
Now he only has to pay for just the character.
I added in a full background on the house for two reasons:
1.) I didn't think this character deserved a white background (Hey! He's running. Do you really think he should should run in a white background?).
2.) I wanted to try experimenting.
The background I did sketch, but did completely vector.
Now I have to thank http://ellavega.deviantart.com/ for inspiring me with the sky background. At least now I have a good style for the sky to use in future drawings.
Since I.D.'s character Fever is a Racerunner (a lizard) I figured he be right at home on a desert background, since he lives in Kansas. I thought having him travel on the famous Route 66 would be a perfect setting. All I hope now is that he likes it.
TOTAL TIME: over 12 hours in PhotoShop 7.0.
TOTAL PAYMENT: $30.00 for the character (background's on the house)

eh eh (: he runs fast, the lizard. but no more fast than Sonic, of course XD Also, well worked on the shading, there where some parts of his body are not exposed to the sun and i like the decor of the Kansas desert and, boh, without a good decor, the picture would have been sad. but yu well done to have added a good one ^^
