I move on and something from the past comes and catches me by suprise then i end up sad again I am happy to have the ones i have in my life but if your in my past please stay in my past cause everytime i see you name or hear it or whatever it depresses me all over again.

You just need to learn to move on. It's the past, nothing can change it. I use to feel the same way, but then I remembered, my life is better without the person, or it is better than the persons.

i have for like 3 years now and its now bothering me i have forgotten they existed then i saw something on facebook then it bugged me

Pfft lol. 3 years is nothing - I've a bothersome ho following me around for near 8 years. Why do you still watch them on facebook? If you didn't watch them, why go to their page?

i didnt watch them it was one of my friends from high school that is friends with them it popped up in my newsfeed and well now my so called friend is now with my ex fiance

Then I see no reason for you to be upset about someone in the past. Leave them there. if you don't like the newsfeed on facebook, delete it or remove the friend. Simple solutions. :P
