This picture was done by who was then I think just know as Ruby Echidna, but her real name is Dawn Best. She still online and drawing on dA, and she's actually done work on the Archie Sonic comics as well.

I did have the original of this years ago; Artie from Artail Productions sent it to me along with a few other original pieces (early Sonic fan comics san lettering.) Unfortunately they where destroyed by a flood :(
