Personality: Despite his looks, Mohatu is a wise and gentle king that helps out everyone in need. He is well known for stopping the drought by bringing every animal to the waterhole. He is the father of Ahadi and tires to teach him the responsibilities of being king. When Ahadi meets a rogue lioness, Mohatu is curious but wary of her. When she proves herself useful when a huge argument arises in the pride, he takes her into the pride.
Backstory: Mohatu came to the Pridelands when he was a cub and his father had just died. After seeing what chaos there was due to the hyenas, he took charge of some rouge lions and defeated the hyenas, driving them into the Outlands and later the Elephant Graveyard. He took a mate from one of the rouge lionesses. After his mate died giving birth to his son Ahadi, he swore never to take another mate. He then focused on teaching his son to become king...
