Well this time I've made a remix that I'm more proud of not to just call it simply just a test! =3 This is my take on the Credits theme of Tron Legacy, I just saw the movie again the other night and figured i just HAD to learn its awesome theme! Well, one of them anyway! XD As always, i played every sound you here with my Micro Korg Vocoder/synthesizer. The drum beat was made digitally on Magix Music Maker, where i also arranged all the sounds.
And once again as always, i simply learned how to play this...merely by listening to the real thing, so in other words i learned it by ear! ;3

Again, its a remix so i wasn't trying to completely spot on replicate it, but i think i did a pretty good job at my take on it. ok, enough self glorification, please! Tell me what you think in the comments on how i did, if you liked Tron Legacy, Daft Punk or anything awesome you feel like saying thats relevant! XD Also the Thumbnail art was just a quick little throw together, i downloaded Tron Font, then added the background and made the font all Glowy and such so yeah, other wise i had no "CLU" what else to do for it! XD huh huh, get it..."CLU" as in...well, yeah you hopefully get the joke! XD

Now that my friend, is EXACTLY why i make awesome remixes and share them! X3 I know how you feel though i can't stop listening to it too, I've been playing it non stop on my computer and just earlier my friend and i made a new CD for my car and this was the first Track! XD

this was pretty good...though I think for the main theme, the flute or whatever it was coulda been something else...but if thats what you had that worked then I have to say it was pretty good for doing by ear. I personally love tron, got tron artwork in mah gallery and such. So erpic sturffs.
Its actually not even a flute at all, its a synthy sound that kinda almost sounds like one, but if you were to hear that same sound all on its own you would easily tell the difference! That same sound is used in a lot of Metroid Prime's music i noticed and even like from the X files Theme song! XD
Anyway I'm very happy you liked how this turned out regardless! And thanks for the compliment on my Learning and playing music by ear! X3 Its something I've done my entire life but really more hard core shown up when i was around 10 or so! =3

Thats essentially how i am. XD I can listen to just about anything and play it back in basic pretty fast! =3 Super Metroid has some very awesome music indeed, i'll definitely look into some remixes for that in the near future! X3 Brinstar's Theme from Super Metroid is my favorite!
Of course not to be confused, its not the same theme as the one from the First Metroid, its completely different, it was used in Metroid Prime 2 Echos in an Under water level and i love how they remade it! Also have you ever heard of the project Metroid Metal? They did a way bad ass version of that song! =3

Very awesome! XD Its a shame that the version i linked on youtube is cut off, but its awesome awesome theme indeed! =3 Actually that wasn't fully the inspiration to me learning this theme, it was actually the music playing in the final scene when Sam Flynn was trying to escape and Clu tried to attack him and Kevin, who then somehow self destructed to save his son. XD THAT was truly the theme i wanted to learn, but this one was the one i found and its essential the same basic theme, just a little more awesome! ;3
