This was just a quick speedpaint (about an hour, maybe two) to practice speedpainting. This went pretty well, I think. I need to start putting my construction lines on a separate layer from the background, though, so I can add in background stuff more easily.

Either way, his name is Seven, and he's an experiment in arcane and psionic weaponry. He was successful, but broke out of their facility when the first chance arose. His shackles are arcane limiters - preventing him from accessing the full scope of his apocalyptic magical powers, and also identifying anyone to his status as an escapee thanks to the insignia on them (and his chest) and the fact that they're shackles.
