when you create clothing, do you draw your character naked then overlay or just go for the clothes and edit to the shits to give it that flush look?

Depends on what the image is for, like if it's a doodle, so not really caring about mistakes, I'll sometimes just draw the clothing as I'm going, some personal stuff I don't care about as well but commissions get more serious.

Generally and majority of the time, even with doodles, I sketch a full nude body, then add the clothing. This way everything overlaps correctly and you don't get those "broken legs" by drawing a skirt, then drawing legs after. If the outfit is very tight, I sometimes just add on the sketch folds as I'm doing the body since it'd be pretty much skin tight anyways.

I love it! does Neko usually wear such bright colours? or is she usually more comfortable in more subdued colours?

I usually draw her in browns, whites or blacks but I've used other colours too. Majority of the time, she just wears what I wear or what I would wear but sometimes I do draw something else.

I do like bright colours but I have a hard time wearing them, though I do have some bright stuff. I think it's just due to the fact that I was very, very dark during highschool so it feels wierd and so out in the open to wear bright colours.

hm ok... Yea I know what that was like to be dark in high school, I was kinda like that, but I was angry in highschool VERY angry!
