Excuse me for the crappiness of this picture as i don't have access to a camera other than mi iPhone's anymore. I received new watercolour paints for my birthday and started testing, and my best piece ever just came out, like that. I can't recreate this nor the feeling I had when painting it, so I guess it was some kind of divine intervention? ;)
Inspired on the Kaiyodo preorder Arceus figure, which sits on my desk and receives a focal light that leaves half of it in shadows.

Oh, wow. I used to love Pokemon. Arceus was a nice entity. The way you present an image of it makes it seem formidably ancient. It is like a mosaic - antiquated, prehistoric, yet modern and stainless. I love it when people enliven the facets of mere animes such as Pokemon and Digimon to be more mature and mystic, and you are one of those people. Fantastic work!
Wow, thank you so much! This was the greatest comment i've ever received on a work of art!
Actually, the figure i have, when only my desk light is on, gives me this same sort of impression, so I wanted to paint it. I should take a good macro of this Arceus with half of his body covered in shadow, as this lamp makes it look, so people see what I mean (:
"mature and mystic" is a pair of words of which i didn't think when posting this piece, and they can't be any more precise, again, thank you (:
