Don't you dare laughing! I know, it's pink and far from what I usually draw, but I thought it would be nice to include it in my gallery anyway.
This is the cover illustration for that crazy less-than-2-weeks-project (29 interior illustrations plus a cover illustration) I did in February. I wonder why I didn't upload it yet ...
Anyway, the title is "Mit Vivi gelingt's", written by Elvira Pyttlik, illustrated by Michaela Frech (me) and published by KLECKS-Verlag. Trivia: The original cover illustration is the one on the left, the image on the right is the cover how it was designed and printed by the publishing company. Quite differently from what I had imagined. :)
The original title was "Vivi - Geschichten von einem Schutzengelkind" but it got changed into "Mit Vivi gelingt's - Ein Schutzengel auf Erden".
The book is recommended for children at the age of five and older. :) It's written in German.
I barely made it in time and I was so glad when it was finally over - the first thing I did after sending out the last originals was going to bed and sleep! I had to do the work of one month or more in less than two weeks - that's why I got only so little sleep during that time. :'D
