Out in the vast thick jungle of Africa, a playful kitten learns what it is approximately like to go hunting for food on her own. The youthful savior, Cheeyana observes something that is eye-catching to her yellow feline eyes. A butterfly latent on a large plant leaf illuminates in the deepest, darkest portion of the jungle.
Cheeyana attempts to follow her father’s technique of hunting to the T: She’s sneakily followed him every time he went off hunting just to perceive how he was able to bring home food three times his size. She has been practicing her sneaking and pouncing techniques on her friends and even on her father at times to see if she can actually pull it off. Now is the time for her to finally execute what she has been practicing for a while on this butterfly.
The winged insect does not seem to have noticed her presence. “This’ perfect!” she thought. Cheeyana gradually got on all fours prowling towards the unsuspicious butterfly, narrowing her eyes making a perfect aim to pounce on it. The rustling of the grass from the kitten’s movement did not seem to draw the butterfly’s attention. Cheeyana waited for a second focusing all of her attention on the target. She thinks of the feasible moment to strike as her thighs ready up moving in slight indecision, yet anticipating when to time her surprise attack. Her ears are bent back parallel with her head and her tail instantly stops swaying lying in a straight line with her slim frame. The butterfly unhurriedly flaps its wings as it walks around on the leaf.
Suddenly, Cheeyana springs from her hiding position with her claws out to pounce on the butterfly. Devoid of even noticing Cheeyana, the butterfly effortlessly flew in the air as the potential predator lands on the spot where the butterfly once rested. “Daaaw~! I almost had you… ALMOST!" She laughed at her flaw; missing her prey that didn't take much effort to evade. "Hehe, I’ll get you one day... Just you wait!” Cheeyana smiled as the butterfly flew away.
Cheeyana’s first hunting experience will always be a memorial one that she will always laugh at.

Thanks.
I just wanted to get away from always drawing Cheeyana when she's grown up and work a little on her past and how she came up to be. Though it'll be YEARS before I even touch her story, I still have her story lined up (and gonna rewrite) for a comic... someday when I get around to it. *to be continued*

There is a khajit color scheme that is almost identical to my fursona, and so....imagine a tall muscled cat anthro, complete with dragon bone armor, and a daedric warhammer, jumping up and down after butterflys....because in Skyrim...you can catch butterflys, and mostly use them from alchemy potions, but still....jumping and catching butterflys is a good part of the game.
