Do I see this right? Did she? write something with her own blood?
I'm pretty sure it's Cyrillic, which means I can't read it properly. What does it mean?

Only the artist knows, and as much as I enjoy snuff I don't think artists as young as Mary here should be drawing such things. (Completely IMHO though ^^ )

Yeah, but teenagers are still more likely to. I drew way more violent stuff while I was a teenager than I do now or she did here. Just the kind of things a teenager will draw if they are frustrated with things. At least, she counters it with a lot of happy things. I didn't. :/

It can? I am pretty sure the two meanings of that word are a swearword and 'female dog'. But perhaps there are some dialects I don't know of.

This was according to a website on Russian "mat" that I came across, though it may be an archaic usage (I think the examples they gave were from the 40s and 50s).

If it was used at the time of WWII I think that usage is long dead now. But hey, it's still a pretty neat drawing. I wish I had such talent as a teenager.
