Pikachu and Raichu done along the same style as Charizard, I think these will be the last two for a while now. Unless I can find parts and clothes to make more, these are the last two for sure.

Not going to list where I got everything from, mostly because I can't remember. The mod kits were both found at Spare parts, the legs on Raichu are from the Curious Chinchilla avatar.
