It's really cartoony! I like it!
Keep working on the fingers, they still look a little noodly, but I'm sure you'll get it! Noodly is okay for cartoons, but it should probably look juuust a bit more refined, I think.
I really like the eyes and the muzzle! They work well together! Not a fan of that little 'cheekpudge' thingy going on at the end of the mouth line, though!
