Even though this is the first something of yours that I've ever seen in colour, let me first compliment your linework, as it's fairly rare that someone uses their lines to so effectively convey texture like yours does with this guy's lizard skin and muscle contours. ^^

The colouring, meanwhile, is also very nicely done, in the way it captures the tints of said lizard skin.

As for the name, I'd go with something that either fully embodies how freakin' evil he looks (Scourge, Crux, Spite, Deprave) or something at the opposite end of the spectrum and completely ironic (Precious, Mr. Fluffles, Twilight Sparkle). :3

i think part of the reason why i steered away from color is because linework tends to get lost in it in alot of cases.

as for the names... I was thiking a normal name to start, not a nickname =P

You better look out he's gonna suck your goats! (Literal translations FTW) this work was great in sketch form and greater in color. I especially like how you gave it a real lizardish design rather than the usual canine or big eyed alien.

I thoguht to go with the lore descriptions and since there were multiple descriptions i figured out a look incorporating aspects of the three =3
