Well, since humanities only purpose in life IS to come up with a purpose themselves, all achievements and progress is basicly worthless. So why not be a mindless bouncing ball. I see no harm in that ;) compared to weapons and other gruesome "achievements". And at least, being a latexball seems most pleasurable ^^ *bounces off*
