this is the stores. they recieved 2 and let me make one of them. we rolled to see who would get to make the Hellhammer config, and i lost :(

i was told to make a normal Baneblade. but if it were up to me, id make the Commissariat Baneblade with no side sponsons and the extra +1 to side armour instead.

*nods* true... no sides gives it armor 14 all sides very helpful. though getting 4 sponsons and still armor 13 is still nice too. hehehe

Just think your lucky and get to make the baned blade early. Our store got to make 3, one going to be the plague variant. We already field tested to them. Tell you the hell hammer is not as good as it sounds, also 14 armor is not worth giving up all the fire power you loose with the sponsons. It still a very sturdy tank with 3 structure points. However Remember even with 14 sides flyers are still going to hit your rear 12 armor. Thats going to be your main enemy. Waits for his baned blade to come in plus my hell blade.

Oh forgot a tip on the sponsons, they are a bitch, when you glue them together you need to keep moving the bolters as the glue settle to make sure they do not fuse together and do not move at all

im fairly fond of stormhammers myself. but a baneblades what theyve given us.

I wish they made a tank with just like.. 20 heavy bolters on it. Maybe more.
