Hah, probably the first eel character I've seen, ever really. You pulled it off nicely, though I am curious as to what he writes on exactly, paper wouldn't work so well underwater I don't think. =P

Pretty cool character. I definitely love toony eels, you don't see them enough! Also I always love those sorta derpy protruding teeths. <3
