This costume comes with 3D following eyes, moving jaw and fits heads 21"-23" (glasses probably OK, I can check for you). The arm sleeves stay up with straps you wear under your shirt and fit max. 16" bicep and are 21" long. The handpaws fit hands 7.5" long and 3.5" across the palm. Optional feetpaws/pants are to be made to buyer's measurements.
He's also got snazzy earrings and comes with the scarf :3
