This was taken at Multnomah Falls near dusk, it was almost dark when I took this shot. It was perfectly non-glare at this time of night. The sun had passed over behind the trees and it allowed for this nighttime shot, with a long exposure. *this is one for thoes waterfall lovers out there!*
