Well if you're interested in the Tarot idea, it will certainly help you practice with these colors, could always post a journal and see how many people want in.

and how does that work? i come with an idea and ask people if they want to donate for that idea or what?

Say you want to practice your coloring and in order to practice your offering a color tarot card your choice at X amount, a simple flat rate, you need to specify if it's clean, clean and dirty or what have you, whatever you think is best for the price, and for what you want to practice. Say post in the journal if you want a slot and what card you want (If you don't know the tarot, here: http://www.reiki-seichem.com/tarot.html that's the modern set, the Raider-Waite one. You can base the art off of that or whatever idea you derive. Think of it as a goal, you want to practice and getting paid to practice is nice, and this is a defined set of possibilities that you can use to practice and get cash from.
