One of Lord Vee's disgustingly cruel underlings. While she listens to him she also has free reign to do as she pleases so long as she's loyal to him.

She currently runs a large pokemon city with an iron fist, and while she has established laws against wrong doing, she also is extremely harsh in all her dealings. Believing the world to be corrupt she has taken it upon herself to be the judge, jury, and executioner. The only ones untouched by the law is Lord Vee and herself.

She can be bribed however, and those with crimes can buy freedom of her wrath so long as they remember their chains now belong to her. The bribes better be of real worth too, especially gems; if those are of bad quality she will take it as an insult and use the bribe against them in her merciless court.

No one has the courage to fight her laws, and so they do as they're told, even as lives are lost over the most petty of things. Course it's given that any ill speak of Lord Vee is worthy of death.

Personality-wise, she finds great pleasure in the sound of agony. The wails of the dying and wounded taste sweet to her horrible appetite. As for actual food... she is constantly in hunger, starving for the perfect gems and minerals... but always finding them tainted or unfilling.

She once ate a gem so wonderful that it caused her to never find satisfaction in her beloved food again. She desires the perfection of jewels and sometimes may find something adequate, but she still longs in the end, grieving her for comfort of the hungry pain.

Don't feel sorry for her though, she views the people/pokemon of the world like her hunger. A flawed jewel with no taste and worthless to anyone.


Aside from that she does atleast have a hobby on the side of wreaking governmental havok; she collects ribbons and bows. Her one article of clothing needing to always be fashionable and presentable in her court and in public.
