Yes. They are called the kissing bug because they bite you around the mouse because they are attracted to your breathing. Its not the bite thats bad...its the poop. After they bite you they go on your face when you're still asleep and if you rub it in the bite..well...you get very sick and it can also be very deadly.

I looked up the kissing bug and even that sucker, some of them do have a x mark on their back...so..unless there is maybe a side shot of this thing to see the face...its really hard to tell.
