I was a little worried that because it was human DNA in one of Nimnul's devices, she was going to turn into Nimnul... Or have a Nimnul head or something.

No, because if you watched the episode "Wolf in Cheap Clothing" Harry the Wolf swaps DNA with Nimnul but doesn't become him, he just becomes a human version of his wolf self, While Nimnul becomes a short chubby glasses wearing wolf
