The Magic Card Badge (with how-to instructions)
This is the end result from http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7998406/
And here's how I did it so that you too can make your own if you need a cool badge in a pinch.
1) Acquire Magic Set Editor, go to http://magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/ to download the program. If you already have it, awesome!
2) Pick your card format, you can go old school, extended art, token card (why would you value yourself as a token?) promo card, planeswalker, even Yu-Gi-Oh is in the mix as well but I haven't played that, so I'm out.
3) Pick out the art you want, and it should be of yourself.
4) Proceed to make your card, start with name, your species and creature type, if your part mech/steampunk furry go make yourself an artifact creature (and be thankful when Darksteel Forge is in play).
5) Evaluate your personalty, it will help determine the proper abilities and your mana cost. If you have wings, make yourself flying. If you like to surprise, make yourself Flash. And don't keep it current to compition (too boring), if your a polar bear or arctic fox/wolf, add a frost land ability. Get creative with yourself here.
6) Add flavor text, credit the artist, and in the copywright section you might want to clarify that this isn't for official play or something like that. Legal stuff and what not, don't want anyone in trouble.
7) File => Print
8) Get a hole punch, unused card sleeve, and a land/throw away card. Slip the sacrifice card in first, then your badge card on top of the sacrificial card. Punch a hole right on the card title line. Thread whatever you use to pin it to yourself on it, and you have your badge to enjoy.
This has been nerdy arts and crafts!
