Ehhh, Neopets isn't the best model for petsites.

I suggest Subeta if you want a supreme example to use as a reference. o3o

i really didn't like Subeta at all when i tried it. honestly the only pet site thats been able to keep my attention is Neopets, even if its swarming with ads and the mods ban you for no reason. other pet sites i've tried, while some of them have great art, they simply aren't very interesting.

though if i were to go through with this idea i'll probably make a new Subeta account (as well as accounts on other pet sites) to test it out again.

How long ago was this? Subeta has been through a series of major revamps, so you might like it this time around.

Neopets by itself is nice, but the ads and horrible mods just ruins the experience.

most cryptids tend to be sighted by drunk rednecks, and back in the days before Science, peoples' inebriated imaginations often ran wild.

also, i'm sure what you've described has happened at least once. maybe its true!

I can just about imagine it. XDDD the poor wildcat yowling his head off and scrabbling around on his front legs after he woke up and discovered a snake was having difficulty swallowing his hips.
