Ahhh damn you I wanted that deck, but they are expensive! I have the RT-707 and boy is it a fun machine :p

I've got it 12 years ago and had to pay the same price like it did cost new. But it's in nerly perfect condition.
My daddy bought his Pioneer set new in 1980 when I was a little kid, and since then I always wanted the same for me.
He also got the 707 tape.
The sound from these machines, when you press play and the magnets pull the pinch rollers into position: *CLACK*, is SO friggin awesome.

yep and the gorgeous sound played back after is beautiful!

Neglected to mention I also have a ReVox A77!

Oh, also an awesome machine.

I have a collection of Teac and Tascam tapes, like, X-3, X-7R, X-10R, A-2340SX, A-3440 and a Tascam 58.
It just would be nice to have enough space to connect them all to the amp and let them play.
