marymouse, commissioned by me. Original can be found here. To make a long story a bit shorter, I'm a member of a fan forum for the "Animals of Farthing Wood" series. Originally a series of novels written by Colin Dann, adapted for a tv series by the BBC. When I first joined there I used a picture of a fat tailed dwarf lemur (also knows as the lesser dwarf lemur) for my avatar. I switched a few times to a couple of AoFW characters, but in the end used the picture of the fat-tailed dwarf lemur again. We have some very talented artists on the forum, and at one point one of them drew a massive group pic. I was first pictured as a fox, but the second group pic by another artist featured me as the lemur. We had a couple of more group pics since then, and some random drawings by other artists specifically for me, always as the lemur. Now, I don't know where exactly I stand in the furry community. I have never been to, nor likely will go to, to a fur con of any kind. I don't do roleplay. I mostly just watch furry toons and movies and read books with animals as the main characters. I also am a huge webcomic fan, and almost all the comcis I read are furry. Despite that, I never really worked on having a fursona. Yet I've been wondering for quite a while now what my little lemur might look like anthromorphisized. Giving her the few examples I have, I commissioned marymouse to find it out for me. This isn't actually the first pic she came with, but it's the character from the first pic. I decided it was a bit too anthromorphisized, and in the end also decided I didn't like the setting. I asked her to do a new pic, but also to continue with this one, only in a different setting. It was sort of an experiment for me after all, and it was a possible way for my fursona to look. She came up with the fishing thing, and I liked it. The yellow fishing hat he already had, the carved fish was a later addition I came up with. I really like it, too.

I'm kinda new to actually uploading, but I feel I have to stress the fact that I did not drew this myself. I merely commissioned it from marymouse. I wish I could draw as good as this, the one pic in my gallery so far I drew myself is the Fennec. Or, what is supposed to be a Fennec.
