So... why the hell did I draw him as a dictator on a propaganda poster? O.o It's a result of one of our silly conversations. He said something like is he couldn't become an artist then the only solution for him is to become a dictator because... because somehow dictators like to have an artistic past xD. Yeah... that somehow inspired me to do this xD.

So please support all artists and give them feedback because... who knows, if one day, if the weren't given enough feedback, they may end as a ruthless dictator of some lesser know country. >:U
